Join us for the formal launch of the new all-Wales improvement service for health and social care (currently known as 1000 Lives Improvement). Find out how we’re supporting a new all-Wales vision for improvement for health and social care that we can work together to achieve. We’re excited about the future of improvement in Wales and we’d love for you to be a part of it with us.

Call for Abstracts
Our call for abstracts is now open.
We are looking for abstract suggestions and ideas from you on improvement work from across Wales and further afield for our 12 varied improvement breakout sessions, on the following themes:
If you have a live project, case study or research that you would like to share please complete an abstract application form and submit. The closing date for applications is 17:00 Friday 20th September 2019
Day 1 – 25th November 2019
Registration opens at 08:30 with our Opening and Welcome Address at 10:00.
Find out more about our new plans for supporting you to deliver improvement in Wales. Hear plenary sessions from Dr Andrew Goodall, NHS Wales Director General of Health & Social Services and NHS Wales Chief Executive and Vaughan Gething, Minister for Health & Social Services along with those at the forefront of improvement and learn tools and techniques to help you achieve and sustain your improvement goals.
An opportunity to attend exclusive evening networking sessions to share and learn about improvement experiences from across Wales.
Day 2 – 26th November 2019
We’ll start day 2 at 09:00 and close with lunch at 12.30.
Interactive masterclass sessions designed to aid you in your daily work and improvement projects. Hear from colleagues with first-hand experience of what works (and what doesn’t!) in improvement and share your learning.
