The Co-production Lab brings together a wealth of experience and skillsets across a multidisciplinary team, to provide bespoke training and support your organisation to grow good practice and deliver a genuine co-productive approach to your engagement. We are a not-for-profit organisation, and our surplus contributes to funding the wider network activities.

We can help you move from consultation to co-production. Consultation isn’t a bad thing, but we are all about co-production. In co-production, people are a part of the decisions that will affect their lives, not just asked their thoughts about something. We can facilitate away day sessions looking at co-production and involvement. For example, we have facilitated away day to look at building co-production approaches into team delivery. We do not do generic facilitation for away days.

It is our online community space to connect with other members and champions, and learn, share, celebrate, problem solve together. When you sign up, a short tutorial will enable you to familiarise yourself with the space. It is also where we run many of our e-learning from.

Yes we hold regular online Co-pro Conversations for our members and others. These are spaces to share learning and discuss co-production with others practicing it.
