Coaching & Mentoring

Sometimes you need someone to walk alongside you

Co-production can feel simple in principle and make sense when you’re in a training environment. It can also feel surprisingly complex in reality.

Our mentoring creates space to think, reflect, test ideas and build confidence in applying co-production in real situations.

We support public sector leaders, project managers and community practitioners to build their confidence and develop practical approaches to co-production.

Together we can:

  • Turn ideas into practical action
  • Plan co-productive conversations or activity
  • Develop facilitation and engagement approaches
  • Reflect on difficult situations
  • Strengthen leadership in supporting co-production
  • Explore the conditions for participation and shared power
  • Talk through avoiding tokenistic approaches

We will share learning and help you discover the approaches that work best in your context.

Whether you are new to co-production or embedding culture change, mentoring adapts to where you are.

“The sessions have been highly valuable and have had such a positive impact in supporting me to reflect and positively challenge the work we are enabling and embedding within the health board and wider partners. During my sessions with [mentor] I have felt listened to, empowered and enabled to take positive action moving forward and which has supported me in making significant progress in the work that I am supporting as part of my strategic role. As well as sessions leaving me feel inspired, motivated and valued.”
