Introduction to co-production

This briefing session is designed for those with minimal or no knowledge of co-production, to inform and engage, and to help answer the ‘is co-production for us?’ question. Delivered on Zoom, this 2 hour session is part of our team champions series but is available to anyone wanting  to learn the basics of putting co-production into practice.

Implementing co-production

This learning session is for you if you’ve already got a good understanding of the basics of co-production under your belt, but you’re thinking about how you would go about applying it to a real life scenario in your work or your community. We focus on the practical planning of co-production, work through a road map to the implementation process, and consider potential challenges and pitfalls to be alert to. Delivered on Zoom, this 2 hour session is part of our team champions series but is available to anyone wanting  to learn the basics of putting co-production into practice.

How to share co-production with colleagues

This training will equip you with a solid understanding of co-production if you’re new to it, and give you the tools and materials to share co-production within your organisation and teams.

Facilitation skills for co-production

Need to brush up on your facilitation skills? Don’t know where to start? Want to know how best to facilitate online? This session will give you the low down on some of our favourite tools and techniques.

Evaluating co-production

Join us for a session on how to evaluate while co-producing. How do the methods we use differ to those used more traditionally? How do we use them and when? Bring your thinking hats and questions to this session.

Forming groups for co-production

This training shares advice on forming groups with people with lived experience for co-production. We’ll share tips and tools for recruiting members, managing expectations, developing a shared code of conduct, accessibility and creating a two-way process.
