Chief Executive Officer
Salary £52,000 (pro rata)
Homeworking
Deadline: 04/12/2023
Would you like to play a role in embedding the practice of co-production and involvement in public services in Wales?
We are looking to recruit a Chief Executive Officer at a pivotal time for the organisation; looking to strengthen our structure, extend our reach and impact, and focus on the organisation’s transformational change and strategic direction.
Who are we?
Established in 2012, we support a wide community of co-production practice through the Co-production Network for Wales and deliver training, consultancy and advisory support through our trading arm, Co-production Lab Wales.
We believe that when citizens and professionals work in partnership, services are improved and better meet people’s needs, and communities grow in resilience. In the current landscape of dwindling public resources and increasing demand, co-production and citizen involvement offer a compelling approach to bringing positive, sustainable change to public services and communities.
Our vision is of a fairer and more sustainable Wales where everyone has a voice that is heard.
Our mission is to embed the practice of co-production and involvement in public services in Wales.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who already has a record of excellence at a senior level within an organisation. Ideally, you will have experience of leadership in the third sector as well as commercial income-generating operations, and have the ability to inspire and lead our organisation on its next exciting journey.
